1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vvip.ph platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the vvip.ph platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vvip.ph platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device used to access the platform (desktop, mobile, tablet) or the network connection used (WiFi, LTE, 5G).

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and by accepting these terms you do so both on your own behalf and on behalf of that person.

• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in online gambling harmful to you.

vvip.ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by vvip.ph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the vvip.ph platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. vvip.ph is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

vvip.ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify vvip.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. vvip.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized use did not result from our negligence.

vvip.ph will never contact you by SMS, email, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from vvip.ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6 Deposits & Payments

vvip.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash — instant e-wallet transfer
• PayMaya / Maya — instant e-wallet transfer
• Bank Transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are for the purpose of funding your vvip.ph Wallet for use in wagering activities on the platform. Deposits may not be used for any purpose other than participation in games available on the platform.

vvip.ph is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits. Such fees, if any, are solely your responsibility.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their vvip.ph Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Any active Bonus funds subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the Wagering Requirement has been satisfied.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• vvip.ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

vvip.ph aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any verification checks. vvip.ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

vvip.ph reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

vvip.ph may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the Bonus is offered, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, free spins, or other promotional credits as specified in the relevant promotion.
• Each Bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• vvip.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent Bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit Bonus conditions — will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the promotion. Unused Bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

vvip.ph's decision on all Bonus-related matters is final and binding. Players who have questions about a specific promotion are encouraged to contact our support team before claiming.

9 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the vvip.ph platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

vvip.ph sources its games from certified third-party game providers whose random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer operations are subject to independent testing and certification. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer procedures, as applicable, and are not influenced by vvip.ph or any Player.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on our servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, vvip.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet.
• vvip.ph is not liable for any loss of winnings or other damages arising from a game malfunction or technical error beyond our reasonable control.
• Players must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvip.ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvip.ph staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and will be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

vvip.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the vvip.ph platform — including but not limited to the vvip.ph name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of vvip.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from vvip.ph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any vvip.ph trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of vvip.ph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by vvip.ph.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvip.ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, game malfunctions, or platform downtime.
• Loss of data or account information due to unauthorized access not caused by our negligence.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of platform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory actions.

vvip.ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination & Account Closure

vvip.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined in our account inactivity policy.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Wallet balance (net of any pending Bonus Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

In cases of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, breach of terms), vvip.ph reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the vvip.ph platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

16 Amendments to These Terms

vvip.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vvip.ph will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on your account.

The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the vvip.ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
